For my long-distance move, they promised that my items would be stored securely. Instead, several boxes arrived crushed and damp, and some furniture had scratches that weren’t there before. They obviously didn’t take any precautions during storage or transport.
The moving crew arrived behind schedule, and there was no clear explanation for the delay. We had planned the day around the original arrival time, so this caused several problems. Loading also moved at a slow pace once they arrived. The overall start was quite frustrating.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.

The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
I can’t speak highly enough about these guys. Very professional, careful and quick. Any industry where you pay by the hour can make you nervous that the company is going to do you over by going slow or miss-report the time. But you immediately feel trusting of the team and they spend your time and money like it is their own. No damage anywhere and they were super respectful of our things and moving amongst my young family. I highly recommend them!
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
These guys are the most professional movers I have ever dealt with. They handled everything so effortlessly, from start to finish. They were really careful with my belongings and helped me unpack a little bit thereafter.
