Moving company in Charlotte, NC
The movers were careful with my things and arrived on my request. They were very helpful to customers and worked very attentively. They took care of everything, and I would recommend them to anyone.
I had never experienced something so horrible. To begin with, this is a broker rather than an actual moving business. They provide the idea that they have cars and drivers, even when they don't. While your contract is moved to a new company that quickly informs you that the new, higher charges do not align with the prior agreement, your furniture is held captive.
Even with some lousy weather thrown in, our move was surprisingly smooth. They managed to turn the whole process into an enjoyable and stress-free experience. Great job, team!
A few pieces of furniture were not handled with the level of care I expected. Some items were moved without proper wrapping, and the crew appeared to rush through the tighter areas of the house. This made me concerned about possible damage. More careful handling would have been better.
All I can say is, wow. The owner called and was very helpful, reviewing everything that would happen throughout the relocation. Even though this was my first move out of state, I felt completely at ease after our talk. Despite their tardiness, they came through with full services, including packing, which saved the day.
This company does not provide relocation services. These brokers are deliberately dishonest and misleading. They have unreliable carriers conduct the actual moving so they can escape being held accountable for anything that goes wrong with your interstate move. They told us that they would be on their way to our destination as soon as our items were picked up. This is, of course, not true. Please don't call them.
The boxes were packed and arranged without much organization. Some labels were difficult to read, while others were missing completely. After delivery, we spent extra time figuring out which boxes belonged in each room. The packing process needed better attention to detail.
I've got to say, I lucked out with these movers. They packed up my wardrobe using wardrobe boxes and clothing racks, and they even helped me hang everything in the new closet. I'm one happy customer!
I was disappointed with the overall service because the process was poorly organized and took longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, making the experience unnecessarily stressful.
I expected a more professional experience based on the reviews. The team seemed disorganized and spent a lot of time figuring things out instead of moving efficiently.
At My Good Movers, we believe peace of mind starts with verified credentials. Mayzlin Relocation LLC holds all required registrations to legally operate both local and interstate moves.
