Moving day went much better than expected. The crew was friendly, hardworking, and very careful with our things. We were extremely satisfied with the overall service.
Overall, Lowes Van Lines provided us with a positive moving experience. Professional, hard working and very careful with our belongings, this was the crew. They handled the hard-to-move furniture well and helped get all the furnishings into the proper rooms. Moving is always stressful, but an organized and respectful crew made a difference.
There were a few delicate items that I was particularly worried about, but the movers treated them with the same care they would have used for their own belongings. Everything was wrapped, protected, and secured before being loaded. They listened carefully to our instructions and made sure the items were placed exactly where we wanted them. Nothing was damaged during the move.
Finest movers ever! When we contracted with the team a few months ago to move our TV, wardrobes, and glass-top coffee table, they wrapped everything very thoroughly. Everything was properly wrapped in moving blankets and padding, and fortunately, it turned out well!
