Read More I used this company for my move to Florida. They packed my entire house and moved everything from my house and storage unit to Florida. I was worried about the price and needed assurance that it wouldn't change. They guaranteed the results and said the price was binding and would never change. Not only was that true, I got back $257 in the end. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

Read More The lady on the phone, Patty, was extremely rude, and quite obviously drunk. I mean, come on. Drunk on a weekday? I was calling to ask about the process and cost for household storage. She said she couldn't understand me. I kept repeating myself, and she kept saying the same thing - "I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU" in this mocking tone too. Absolutely unbelievable. I don't care about even using this place, but if there's anything I have to say to you guys, get this woman to an Alcoholics Anonymous! Sheesh...

From the original walk-through and quote (Paul), to scheduling (Patty), to the actual move-out and move-in (Jamie and his team of super-hard workers), and even through the resolution of a billing discrepancy (Paul again), Liberty was responsive and professional at every turn. They certainly proved the value of a smaller local company.
