Read More Alex and his team of movers were great. Accommodating, good personality, etc. No complaints there. My issue is several items were left behind, including a gas grill that is hard to move. The grill was addressed during the initial meeting with the gentleman who gave us a quote (also very nice) and was also discussed with the crew lead the day of the move. There was no question as to whether or not it needed to move, it did. When we went back to the house after the move was done, we found that it was left behind, along with several other larger items and some of Liberty's own moving equipment. Annoying, but mistakes happen and we gave them the benefit of the doubt that when we called back they would send someone out to take care of it. When we called we were told we would be charged for them to come back, and that someone should have been at the house for a final walk through. This as the first time we were told that. We even asked the crew lead before we left if they had any questions or needed anything from us. The answer was no, so we left for the new house to get stuff done there. Again, mistakes happen and that's fine. But how a small business reacts to those mistakes to make them right is what matters, in my opinion. They are sending someone back to get their equipment that was left behind at no charge, but they wouldn't send anyone to move the other larger items that they missed. By the way, the two homes are 8 minutes apart. It's not a big ask. I grew up in a family owned small business. I hate to give a negative review to one, but hopefully this helps someone else when they are under the stress of moving and trying to find a stand-up company to help them.

Read More I used this company for my move to Florida. They packed my entire house and moved everything from my house and storage unit to Florida. I was worried about the price and needed assurance that it wouldn't change. They guaranteed the results and said the price was binding and would never change. Not only was that true, I got back $257 in the end. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

She said she couldn't understand me. I kept repeating myself, and she kept saying the same thing - "I DON'T UNDERSTAND YOU" in this mocking tone too. Absolutely unbelievable. I don't care about even using this place, but if there's anything I have to say to you guys, get this woman to an Alcoholics Anonymous! Sheesh...
