Had a terrific experience with InterState. They have a great “de-clutter” program for families that need to move things into storage for a home sale staging before doing the actual move. Clinton was very professional, helpful and responsive in preparing for the move. Dana was a very friendly and helpful day-of coordinator. And John and his crew were total stars in how efficient, careful and professional they were — best crew I’ve ever worked with. Highly recommend.
Look no further. My first time experience with Interstate was incredible. From my move coordinator to the packers (Maria & her team) and the actual movers (Hugo and his team), I was so happy. Communication from start to finish was excellent. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and resolved a couple of small issues that I had. Very professional organization and they are storing our household items for the next year. They treated everything with respect and care. We were able to box 55 boxes on our own & they did the remainder including my grandmother’s delicate china. Forever grateful.
Interstate Moving had competitive pricing, good storage facilities for decluttering and holding furniture in their warehouse before moving. They did break a leg on a sofa that was listed as one of our expensive Items. The insurance company only gave us the option of repairing the sofa but not replacement.
Friendly and efficient staff and especially driver Luis and team. Packing, loading and transport was handled efficiently and with extreme care. No items were lost. Excellent communication. No hidden charges with the "not to exceed" estimate.

Once again the lowest bidder is who gets the contract and it is demonstrated through their service. Where do I begin? The pickup crew damaged my walls throughout my home. This damage was documented through pictures and a walk thru with the crew. I completed the repairs because my house was sold and it needed to be completed as soon as possible. Nevertheless, I filed the claim through interstate, I received a statement stating they were not going to compensate me at all. So you come to my house, get paid, damage my walls and tell me tough luck deal with it. The drop off crew brought a two man crew that complained the entire time. The original delivery was scheduled for a Monday and it was delivered on Friday. There was a total lack of communication on their behalf which inconvenienced me. Causing me to take off both days because of when the original shipment was scheduled. The delivery time was 0800-1200. They showed up at 1PM, saying they need to finish to get paid before the weekend began. Next, the delivery guy did not want to bring my couch upstairs because he thought it would be too big to fit. He thought he could measure it by eye-balling it. My wife and I ended up bringing my couch up two flights of stairs. My experience was a total disaster from the very beginning. If you see this name on your shipment information ask transportation for a change. It is imperative this company is taken off any military deliveries. Service Members deserve better.

I was extremely satisfied with Interstate Movers on the move they did for me recently. My truck driver Dan was extremely nice and very caring. He did a wonderful job on both ends plus delivered early. Natasha did a good job keeping me updated. Larry Miller was the one I spoke with originally, and he was a jewel! Trustworthy!
