Excellent bargain
Imported Iron Doors from China. The delivery truck previously arranged did not have a lift gate to accommodate the weight. Tried to get a forklift to rent without success "no certification and too much liability". Had no choice but to pick up delivery with a small material trailer we have. The problem was the forklift for loading had to contend with a side rail and tailgate making it impossible to load the 1200lb load completely and properly. The dock workers/ forklift drivers were making every effort to get the material loaded. The workers were EXCEPTIONAL and didn't give up until our package was loaded. They were kind, helpful, and showed no signs of frustration even when I did. They were diligent and persevered. This was our first large import order and a lot of lessons were learned from this day. Going forward we will have a better plan. I can't thank the dock workers enough here!!! Thank you!!
