They outsourced the items to a different moving company entirely and the deadline to have the stuff moved was never fulfilled. Was told that money talks and was being told I had to pay more to receive my items. Everyone was rude and gave the runaround. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

They dragged furniture across my hardwood floors, leaving deep scratches, and banged into walls, chipping the paint and cracking the drywall in one spot. When I pointed it out, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and told me to just paint over it. Now I’m stuck with repair bills on top of their outrageous fees.
