Moving company in Garfield, NJ
I was very pleased by how well the movers handled the moving of my home gym which consisted of a weight rack, an elliptical machine and a place for yoga. They handled the items with care, reassembled every piece and got everything working perfectly in my new home. Exceptional service!
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
Fantastic service! They acted kindly and carefully handled what was mine. Getting my big couch upstairs with no trouble was really impressive.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
The team made sure I was happy every step I took. All my belongings were well packed and they moved my potted plants very carefully. Professional movers, through and through.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
It was the perfect experience for me. They assisted with relocating my office things such as a heavy desk, filing cabinets and some delicate electronics. Every item was wrapped and double-checked for fragile labels before putting boxes into the truck. What impressed me most was that they managed to be extremely nimble and completely safe at the same time.
