I had to relocate quickly for work and only had a few days to vacate my apartment. I was worried I wouldn’t find a moving team in time, but they fit me in and did an amazing job. My mattress, desk, monitor, and kitchen stuff all arrived safely. They also helped carry boxes into the right rooms, which made unpacking way easier.
We chose Howards Van Line for a move involving two pickup locations and one delivery spot. They coordinated it well and kept everything organized. One location had fragile items, and the other had heavy furniture, and they handled both smoothly. The communication during the move was solid, and the entire crew remained polite and focused throughout.

The driveway wasn’t finished yet, and the crew had to walk a bit to the front door, but they never complained. They handled the delivery like pros. There was not a single box that was wet or damaged, despite the rain the night before. Dependable team.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
