The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
I paid extra for professional wrapping to protect my furniture, yet my glass coffee table arrived in a million pieces. Their solution? “You should’ve bought insurance.” Are you serious? Also, they misplaced an entire box of my winter clothes—coincidence? I think not. The movers reeked of cigarettes, and one asked if he could use my bathroom “for a while” (he was in there for 20 minutes). I should’ve trusted my gut and gone with a different company.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
