Moving company in Garfield, NJ
The move was smoother than I could have hoped. Boxes were carried neatly, fragile things kept separate, and furniture arranged perfectly. I ended the day surprisingly relaxed, which I never thought I’d say about moving.
My two-bedroom move felt easy from start to finish. The movers stayed cheerful, carried heavy pieces with care, and kept boxes stacked neatly. Everything arrived in perfect condition, and I was relieved that the whole day felt stress-free.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
I couldn’t believe how quickly the movers got my ONE-bedroom apartment packed up. Furniture, boxes, and fragile items were handled carefully, and unloading went just as well. Everything was organized, and the move was far easier than expected.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
