Customer Highlights

Well Organized

Our auto shop needed to relocate three heavy tool chests and a tire balancing machine last Friday. These aren't things you can just lift. The guys used hydraulic lifts and strapped everything down securely in the truck. They understood that this was our livelihood and treated the equipment with respect. The move was completed before our afternoon appointments started.

Quick and Effortless!

Our move from NJ to OH was last-minute, and I didn't think it would happen on time. The movers managed to fit us into their schedule and arrived prepared. They packed quickly but didn't cut corners. All items were delivered as promised, and the process was easier than I expected.

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

The crew was polite!!!

Howards Van Line packed up my son’s apartment for his move to another city. David made sure every box was taped and labeled before loading. The trip took all day, but nothing was missing or broken. That meant a lot to us.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
