The day I moved my piano was the day I realized I needed real professionals. It is an upright piano that belonged to my father, and it is very heavy. I booked Howards Van Line just for that one item and a few fragile pieces. John came to check the stairs before they started. They wrapped the piano completely and moved it slowly.
The move to my new place went fine because the workers arrived at my old house exactly at 8 am. I had about fifty boxes that were sitting in the living room, and I got them all out to the truck in under two hours. The guys were careful not to hit the door frames while they were walking back and forth. We made it across the city, and they put the boxes in the garage. I am finished with the work, and the price was what we talked about.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

This company called me after I searched online for a Movers for my relocation to Florida from North Carolina. The representative advised me that if he could give me a decent price for my 1 bedroom apartment move, would I consider it and I did. He stated that they already had a move near by in the area so the cost would be minimal at best. I agreed and we did the financial part with ACH bank transfer (which you cant get back after 5 days). I didnt hear back from them until 3 days before the move and then was quoted a new amount which was double the amount. I declined, then was called back by their quality assurance person & with adjustments, I agreed to continue the contract...long to short, when they picked up my things, they only could take half the items...now I've been in Florida for 2 wks and they have no idea when or where my things are....and they still expect the last payment from me also. This was a scam from jump...even their moving people were like..."Sue if you can, they do this often".
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
