Moving company in Garfield, NJ
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
We had to move on a weekday, during business hours, and the street outside my building is a constant stream of cars. The movers coordinated a parking permit with the city and arrived with orange traffic cones to reserve the space. They worked efficiently to load the truck, never blocking traffic longer than needed. Neighbors were still able to pass, and nobody honked at us once. At the new place, they repeated the same parking strategy, which really minimized stress. Their knack for urban logistics was impressive.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
After our home renovation was completed, we had to move everything back in from temporary storage. We were dreading the whole process, but this company made it feel like a breeze. Their moving crew arrived right on time, handled everything carefully, and even helped move things around until we found the right setup at our place. We absolutely appreciated all the help!
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I was very impressed by their level of professionalism and how things were done so efficiently. Everything in my home was carefully and quickly packed by the movers. Everything about it was great. It’s great to have you here for support!
