10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
I moved my queen bed, dresser, and nightstands from an apartment to a townhouse. The movers wrapped the dresser drawers so nothing slipped out. Everything was unloaded smoothly and put right into the bedroom. Wonderful Company to use During a Typical Stressful Time.
