I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Howards Van Line impressed me with their speed and precision. They packed, carried, and unloaded my belongings with a level of care I didn't expect. I felt relieved knowing true professionals handled my move.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I got 2 quotes from then, and then once the movers arrived they scammed me. Requested almost $10,000 for a 200 mile move for a 2 bedroom apartment. Said that I needed to pay up front once all of my items were on their truck. They held my property hostage. Ruined my furniture. I requested a COI, no response. Piss poor company. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
