Exceptional service

I had to move quickly, and I was worried it would be a nightmare. But these guys made it so much easier than I thought. They were punctual, friendly, and didn’t waste any time. My things were packed carefully, and all things arrived without any issues. I was really impressed with how organized they were. If you're stressed about moving, surely give them a call. They made the whole experience a lot smoother than expected.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

Very hard working group of guys

Our keys for the new studio were delayed, and we were stuck waiting outside with all our gear on the sidewalk. Howards Van Line took care of the situation by keeping everything safe inside the truck until the manager arrived with the spare set. They stayed patient and didn't charge us extra for the wait time while we sorted out the paperwork. It was a huge relief.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Stay away from this company at all costs

Howard's Van Lines, said they would move all the contents of my 40 ft connection and offered my a great price to sign with them. I got a call a couple days before the move to find out it was just an "estimate ". What little space they offered my on the truck, wouldn't even move 1/4 of my household goods. After they got on site, they told me it was going to be $19,000 more. The worst part was that they wouldn't give me my deposit back.
