10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

Terrible communication on important matters

They piled heavy boxes on top of lighter ones, crushing the contents inside. I ended up with shattered glassware that was carefully wrapped. Felt like they didn’t care one bit.

Excellent bargain

When I moved my parents into an assisted living apartment, I wanted their things to feel familiar. The movers asked where I wanted the bed, dresser, and chairs so the layout matched their old home. No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Our move from a townhouse to a single-story home included two large bookshelves, a dining set, and boxes of collectibles. Howards Van Line wrapped the collectibles in layers of soft padding and kept them separate from the heavier furniture. Once everything was inside, they confirmed with us where to place the shelves so we wouldn't need to move them again later.
