I am so grateful to find such a great moving company

Relocating my small home office was a top priority this month. I had several computers and a heavy oak desk that needed to be moved very carefully. The movers used a lot of padding to make sure the electronics stayed safe during the drive. They were very polite and asked me where they should go before they left the new site. I am very pleased with the level of service I received. It was a very professional and successful move for me.

Problem Solver

The crew assigned to my move was excellent. They took care with each item as they loaded the truck. The entire operation was handled in a single day without any issue.

Captivating Experience

Moving out of a third-floor walk-up is no joke, and I couldn't have done it alone. The guys from Howards Van Line didn't even complain about the stairs, and they got my heavy sofa down without hitting the walls. If you have a difficult apartment layout, you should hire them.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
