Moving company in Garfield, NJ
This was my first time hiring professional movers, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment they arrived, it was clear I’d made the right choice. They had a clear system, worked quickly, and packed my fragile items with serious attention to detail. Highly recommended!
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
The movers showed up right on time and everything was prepared. Every piece of equipment they had was handy for my big belongings and everything went smoothly. It was simple to tell their system left no room for confusion or holdups.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
We had to move out of our apartment on very short notice, and the movers handled the last-minute chaos with professionalism and speed. They organized our belongings on the spot, worked through the tight timeline, and still managed to keep every piece safe. Their efficiency under pressure was impressive!
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
I was moving out of a small apartment with a lot of heavy furniture. The movers worked seamlessly around tight corners and narrow hallways, which showed their expertise. They even helped me disassemble and reassemble my bed frame, which saved me time and effort. The entire process felt effortless with their help!
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
