I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
The moving crew left random tape and plastic wrap all over my yard. The worst part was that I found a piece of bubble wrap stuck in one of my rose bushes a week later. That definitely didn’t make me a happy camper.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
When I moved into my first flat, the movers made the process quite straightforward. They were friendly and told jokes to lighten the mood. I recently bought a new bed frame, and they took great care to ensure it was secure during the move. From start to finish, the whole process was stress-free.

I had a cross-state move and chose to pack most of it myself. However, the movers I hired from Howards Van Line still helped with fragile items, handled the loading efficiently, and checked off every box against the inventory list at delivery. They have my highest recommendation!

Loved the experience! I had booked the crew from Howards Van Line to move a 1-bedroom flat, but when the elevator failed in my building, they didn’t slow down. They carried every piece down 4 flights without complaint and still completed the job within the original timeframe. They handled it superbly!
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
