Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
In order to post this review, I had to choose a star, but I don't even want to offer this business one. Bad customer service; after numerous talks with various persons, they arrived three times with a truck that was too small for three different businesses. We still don't have everything, and the movers damaged our furniture and the walls in our house. This company has no accountability. I can't emphasize enough how dishonest this business is. Go somewhere else and save your money! We ended ourselves paying three times the original quote to get our items!
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

In terms of moving, this had to be the worst experience. My furniture appeared to have been tossed down a flight of stairs and was filthy, and all of my belongings were shattered or destroyed. My dressers had dents and scratches on them. Despite paying for a full service, none of my goods were reassembled. There are no tools with the movers. They damaged over $3,000 worth of my belongings after paying $3,000 to transport them. My crates were all open, and the contents were flung about as if they were playing soccer. I had the impression that I was in a punked episode.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
