Solid 5 stars for the move.

Everything went very smoothly with my move, and I was impressed by how they handled my kitchen stuff. I have a lot of heavy cast iron pans and fragile glass jars that I was worried would break in the truck. person name helped me wrap the last few boxes that I didn't finish the night before. Nothing broke, and they put the boxes in the right rooms so I could start unpacking right away. Solid 5 stars for the move.

Super frustrating experience

The move was not smooth. Poorly delivered. Furniture scratched. TV's broken. Delivery was not made on time. The company staff refused to take responsibility and did not even acknowledge emails or respond in a timely manner. Dont bother using this company.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Aweful!

My valuables arrived shattered and damaged. I would never do business with this firm again. I also had insurance, but I haven't gotten anything back from it. Excuses and fob offs. Extremely disappointed. I would have posted without any stars if I could have.

Broken agreements

I would enter zero if I could. It is highly advised not to use; the movers arrived at the property really late and demanded additional payment on top of the price. They provided far less money for all the damages after breaking half of our furniture and a pricey marble table.
