I used multiple layers of moving blankets and reinforced cardboard to cover the top of my large glass dining table. After lifting it with team lifts, they placed it delicately on the frame, not rushing or slipping it.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Moving my 3-bedroom bungalow was a breeze with these amazing movers! Three friendly guys showed up at 9:00 am sharp. They took special care with my grandma's hand-stitched quilts, gently rolling each one and placing them in protective cloth bags before carefully loading them into the truck. The entire move took just under 5 hours, and they helped me reassemble my rocking chair in the new place.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
The moving experience I had here was the most satisfactory one I have ever had. The team members displayed professionalism together with speed and courtesy during their work. The crew showed up during their scheduled time to help us move our possessions while demonstrating extreme caution with all belongings and afterward positioned our furniture according to our specifications in our new residence.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
The movers were nice and didn't charge us for the last-minute rescheduling. They packed my record player and porcelain cups neatly and offered weekend availability. Prompt, professional, and compassionate.
