For the time being, I had to store all of my belongings. In addition to helping me with packing and labelling, they also gave me advice on how to stack things safely. With their help, the movers exceeded all expectations.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
I am giving it three stars despite the fact that the transfer was painless because of the lack of information beforehand. I had to make two calls just to be sure. I was anxious leading up to the day, even though they finished the assignment.
Despite a significant delay in arriving at my new apartment, the movers did a fantastic job. The fact that the crew seemed to be slipping a bit behind schedule was causing me concern. That everything arrived unscathed, though, is of paramount importance.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
