Moving company in Garfield, NJ
We were relocating from a rental into our new home, and had a garage full of tools, bikes, and a cluttered attic. The team packed and loaded it all way more efficiently than we expected. Even the old treadmill that barely folds made it out without damage. They kept a good pace and were really respectful of the space.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I moved into a shared space with some furniture and a dozen labeled boxes. The movers didn't treat it like a throwaway job; they took care with every box and double-checked where things should go at the new place. I appreciated how respectful they were with both my time and my things. Honestly, it was a smooth move.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
I paid extra for professional wrapping to protect my furniture, yet my glass coffee table arrived in a million pieces. Their solution? “You should’ve bought insurance.” Are you serious? Also, they misplaced an entire box of my winter clothes—coincidence? I think not. The movers reeked of cigarettes, and one asked if he could use my bathroom “for a while” (he was in there for 20 minutes). I should’ve trusted my gut and gone with a different company.
I had a washer-dryer set and a couch that barely fit the first time. The movers came prepared with straps and made it look easy. They took extra care not to scratch the walls and got everything down smoothly without damaging a thing.
