Moving company in Garfield, NJ
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
We moved on a Sunday because that was the only day that worked for us. They arrived in the morning and started right away. I did not feel like I had to stand over them or guide every step. They kept things moving and stayed consistent through the day. By late afternoon, we were already settling into the new place. It felt like a solid move without any unnecessary hassle.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
I hired movers for a storage relocation. Boxes and household items needed to be moved into a rented unit. The team arrived prepared and worked with a clear plan. They stacked items in a way that made sense for access later. I liked that they stayed focused and did not waste time. The move went as expected. The service matched what I was looking for.
In terms of moving, this had to be the worst experience. My furniture appeared to have been tossed down a flight of stairs and was filthy, and all of my belongings were shattered or destroyed. My dressers had dents and scratches on them. Despite paying for a full service, none of my goods were reassembled. There are no tools with the movers. They damaged over $3,000 worth of my belongings after paying $3,000 to transport them. My crates were all open, and the contents were flung about as if they were playing soccer. I had the impression that I was in a punked episode.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
