Customer Highlights

We were grateful to have him in charge of our move.

Moving in a busy city can be tricky, but the team made it look easy. I never had to worry about delays, and they were quick without rushing through things. Their attention to detail was evident in the way they loaded so efficiently. I was very impressed by their professionalism. During the drop-off, all the things were offloaded safely without any problem. If you’re looking for a hassle-free move, this company has to be your first choice.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

Great service and lovely to deal with

Moving is always stressful for me, but these guys made it so much easier. I’m glad I hired them and would definitely use them again.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

Thank you for making it so easy

The team was fantastic from start to finish. They arrived right on time and worked quickly but without rushing. Every piece of furniture was wrapped up properly, and they paid extra attention to the delicate items. They moved the stuff without any scratches, which is always a relief. The crew was friendly and worked together efficiently. It wasn’t just about getting things done fast, but moving without any issue. If you’re looking for reliable movers, this service won’t disappoint.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
