I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
My parents' move from a large house to a retirement community meant taking a piano, two bookshelves, and many framed photographs. The movers wrapped the piano in thick blankets and padded each photograph. They worked steadily, taking care with every item, and made sure the bookshelves were placed against the right walls in the new living room.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
Our move from a townhouse to a single-story home included two large bookshelves, a dining set, and boxes of collectibles. Howards Van Line wrapped the collectibles in layers of soft padding and kept them separate from the heavier furniture. Once everything was inside, they confirmed with us where to place the shelves so we wouldn't need to move them again later.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
