Everything went smoothly

I decided to go with Howards Van Line for my apartment move after seeing a few solid recommendations online. I had a mix of packed boxes, loose items, and a heavy dresser that I couldn’t get down the stairs myself. The team was friendly, worked fast, and didn’t leave a single mark on the walls. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for an easier move.

Very professional and caring.

We needed to clear out our storage unit and bring everything to our new place in one trip. It was hot, the unit was packed, and I expected delays. But the movers worked through it fast, were careful with the boxes, and didn't grumble once. It was honestly better than most of our past moves. Glad I went with people who knew how to handle a tight schedule.

Friendly and helpful guys! Tremendous

We downsized from a house to a condo and had to decide what came with us and what went to storage. The movers were patient while we sorted in real time and didn’t pressure us to rush. They helped label everything properly and moved items to both locations without confusion. That level of coordination saved us from a lot of post-move stress. Everything felt in control.

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.

The experience was disappointing.

I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.

Terrible Service.

The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

10/10 would use again.

10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
