Customer Highlights

Aug 22, 2025

It was a very positive experience.

I had to get my office furniture moved into a freshly painted space. Howards Van Line made sure every desk leg had padding so nothing scratched the new floors. Once the desks and chairs were in place, the room looked exactly like I had pictured. It made setting up my computers and files significantly faster than I expected.

Highly recommend this moving crew.

Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.

I hope improvements are made in the future.

The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.

I would not use this service again.

The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.

I will recommend you to all my friends and relatives...

Our move from a townhouse to a single-story home included two large bookshelves, a dining set, and boxes of collectibles. Howards Van Line wrapped the collectibles in layers of soft padding and kept them separate from the heavier furniture. Once everything was inside, they confirmed with us where to place the shelves so we wouldn't need to move them again later.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything.

I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.

No complaints at all.

I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.

Overall, not very reliable.

Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.

Loved them!

My relocation from one state to another involved moving during winter weather, with snow on the ground. The movers put protective coverings on my floors and wore boot covers to keep the new house clean. They wrapped my wooden furniture tightly to prevent moisture damage. By the time they finished, every piece was in place and completely undamaged by the cold

Very frustrating experience.

Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
