I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
The move took much longer than promised, which caused unnecessary stress. I had difficulty getting updates, and the overall coordination could have been much better.
Our business needed to relocate several large filing cabinets and computer stations. The movers wrapped and secured every piece of equipment as if it were fragile. Cables were bagged and labeled, making setup so much easier in the new location. Their professionalism meant we could focus on our clients instead of worrying about our office furniture or electronics getting damaged.
Moving my grandfather clock was my biggest concern, but the team did an excellent job. They wrapped it securely, kept it upright, and delivered it without a scratch. I couldn't be more thankful.
