Moving company in Garfield, NJ
The crew worked quickly to load everything, sort it out, and stack it neatly in the new unit. They didn’t just dump it; they left aisles so I could still reach the boxes I might need later. The whole job was finished faster than I expected.
I expected a smoother process, but there were several issues along the way. Customer support was difficult to reach, and concerns were not addressed promptly. The experience was disappointing.
I highly recommend asking for Zachary if you book here. We had a tricky move with a narrow basement staircase. He measured everything first and had a plan. He guided his team perfectly, getting our freezer and washing machine up without a hitch. They were done in under 4 hours.
We had a same-building move from the 3rd floor to the 7th. With the elevator reserved from 2–4pm, the crew moved a king bed, 10 boxes, and two plants without leaving any wall marks. Thanks, Howards Van Line
The process felt unorganized and lacked proper coordination. Customer support was slow to respond, and the delays created unnecessary stress. I would not use this service again.
It took them only two trips to get our furniture from the old house to the new one. The way they stacked the truck was impressive, and not a single item shifted out of place. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers!
Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
Communication was difficult from the beginning. Calls and messages were not returned promptly, and I had trouble getting updates about my move. Overall, not very reliable.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
