Highly recommend this moving crew. I had a bunch of musical instruments, including a keyboard and speakers. They wrapped everything tightly and secured it in the truck. No bumps or marks when it arrived. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Despite my numerous refusals, the movers tried to upsell me on additional services, such as insurance and more packing supplies. Their pushy sales techniques made my stressful move worse, which was annoying.
Office moves can disrupt everything, but Howards Van Line managed ours seamlessly. Computers, desks, and filing cabinets were relocated quickly, and the team stayed professional the whole time. We got back to work much faster than expected.
The overall experience was disappointing. Customer service was not as responsive as expected, and several issues remained unresolved. I hope improvements are made in the future.
I was impressed by how smoothly everything went during my move. The crew arrived right on time and knew exactly what to do from the start. They handled parking, paperwork, and unloading without needing any help from me. Everything was done quietly and efficiently. It’s rare to see that kind of preparation and teamwork these days.
Several boxes were handled carelessly, and a few belongings arrived damaged. The crew seemed rushed and paid little attention to fragile items. Very frustrating experience.
10/10 would use again. We were moving my daughter into a 3rd-floor apartment with no elevator. The guys from M Company carried every box and piece of furniture up all those stairs. They never slowed down or complained. They even helped her unpack the heaviest boxes. The whole job took about 5 hours, which was less than they quoted.
My commercial move required extra attention, and the crew delivered. Computers, files, and desks were packed securely and reassembled at the new location without issues. The professionalism they showed gave me total confidence in their abilities.
