Jack was a tremendous help in our recent move. The experience of working with them was rewarding. They were accommodating and quick to respond to our needs at every turn. Their rates were transparent and reasonable, as far as we could tell. Simply said, it was great to finally meet them.
I thought they were great! Excellent on time arrival, very careful with every detail, and made moving a breeze.
I had higher expectations of this business. We used them for our move and it has been terrible. The lack of customer service and responsibility has been very unfortunate for us. They have now had our stuff for 22 days and still won't provide me a time as to when we will be getting our stuff. On the scheduled date of delivery, I called them and asked when they would be coming. They told me there would be a 2-3 day delay and I would need to wait. That was weeks ago. Their estimates are meaningless and give you false hope. When I first contacted them for the move they assured me they were some of the best movers and had great reviews. I should have just moved our stuff myself for the price we paid. This has been a terrible experience, and I am not looking forward to continue dealing with it. Please consider other moving options.
This company made my relocation simple and convenient. The crew was well organized, hardworking, and attentive to every detail. They treated my belongings with respect and ensured everything arrived safely. The overall experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing movers!
Upon unloading, I saw that three "Kitchen" cartons were absent. These boxes contained my costly cookware as well as a few other cherished items. When I contacted the business, they were adamant that the shipment had been completed. They went so far as to say that I was to blame for the boxes being missing. This level of disappointment from a service is unprecedented for me.
The team did an amazing job! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated everything with great care. The entire move was smooth, organized, and hassle-free. Excellent service and a great team—I would definitely use them again!
This was the worst experience ever my wife and I used this company to move us from GA to TX I’m usually a very understanding person but we were advised that we would be moved on a specific day the movers didn’t show up the day we were told they would be there then once they came they told us it would be delivered by the 2nd which wasn’t what we were promised when we booked but we understood the DOT guidelines so we were ok with them taking two day after day two of waiting and no one showing up my wife called to be told they had up to 10 days to deliver our things and guess what they didn’t show up until day 10 and then the movers had the nerve to force us to tip him saying they still wasn’t going to deliver our things as if he didn’t a favor when we paid for our move our things was damaged and wet broken and missing boxes we were misquoted so the price was way move than what we originally agreed to if you are in need of movers please look elsewhere where this was a horrible experience!
The movers arrived on time and got straight to work. They were organized, friendly, and careful with all my items. The entire move was completed efficiently, with no unnecessary stress. Their professionalism really stood out. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone planning a move!
