Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Thankfully the team at Hercules Moving Solutions made the entire process a breeze. Friendly, professional movers made moving house simple and stress free.
Do not use Hercules Moving for any sort of move. They are rude, condescending, misleading, and liars. From the time we spoke with the salesperson, to the actual move, we were told so many different stories, I could have written a novel. The salesperson said he would be with us on the entire journey, but once he had our money, he disappeared. Each step of the process had a different representative and they didn’t know what was said by any of the other people we spoke with. There contract is misleading in the count of items you need moved and the two-day window is ridiculous. I’m not sure how anyone can plan a move not knowing which day they are moving. There are real estate contracts that need to be abided by and they could care less. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I’m so glad I went through Hercules Moving Solutions instead of trying to deal with companies one by one. They already had the connections, so I didn’t waste hours shopping around. Everything from packing to delivery was handled well, and it gave me a sense of confidence knowing a broker was managing the moving team from start to finish.
Amazing experience with this moving company! The staff was friendly, hardworking, and respectful. They handled all my furniture and boxes with great care. Everything went according to plan, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable movers.
The team did an amazing job! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated everything with great care. The entire move was smooth, organized, and hassle-free. Excellent service and a great team—I would definitely use them again!
Everyone I dealt with was great. From the manager, to the phone staff and the guys who moved me, everyone was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job.
I had no idea where to begin with organizing a long-distance move. Having someone step in and arrange everything felt like a huge relief. The movers they found were efficient and polite, and I didn’t have to make dozens of calls to different companies. Everything was handled through one point of contact, which made the whole process much easier than expected.
I moved out of a high-rise apartment with tight hallways and a strict time window for using the service elevator. The movers were on time, followed all the building rules, and didn’t complain once. They worked quickly but were still careful with everything, including my couch, which barely fit through the door. I was genuinely impressed by how smoothly everything went, considering how particular the building management was.
The movers arrived on time and got straight to work. They were organized, friendly, and careful with all my items. The entire move was completed efficiently, with no unnecessary stress. Their professionalism really stood out. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone planning a move!
Highly impressed with this moving company! The crew was fast, careful, and very professional. They treated my belongings as if they were their own and made sure everything was safely loaded and unloaded. Fantastic experience!
