Moving company in Fort Lauderdale, FL
Amazing experience with this moving company! The staff was friendly, hardworking, and respectful. They handled all my furniture and boxes with great care. Everything went according to plan, and the service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable movers.
The movers from this company helped us relocate a small café, and we couldn’t be more impressed. From the kitchen equipment to fragile glassware, everything was packed and moved flawlessly. Their expertise made the transition smooth and pain-free!
What a smooth move! Mark was efficient, amiable, and competent. James carefully packed all of my stuff, even some fragile items like my collection of perfume bottles. John ensured that everything was handled carefully and securely. When I couldn't decide on a plan for my living room, Jeffrey helped me change the furnishings. Remarkable service.
The team did an amazing job! They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated everything with great care. The entire move was smooth, organized, and hassle-free. Excellent service and a great team—I would definitely use them again!
Upon unloading, I saw that three "Kitchen" cartons were absent. These boxes contained my costly cookware as well as a few other cherished items. When I contacted the business, they were adamant that the shipment had been completed. They went so far as to say that I was to blame for the boxes being missing. This level of disappointment from a service is unprecedented for me.
Great experience with the move. The crew was fast and competent in their handling of the situation.
Truly Outstanding Moving SeThe entire moving process was smooth and well organized. The team was punctual, professional, and careful with every item. They worked efficiently and made sure everything arrived safely. I really appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service. Highly recommended for a worry-free moving experience!
The team did an amazing job! They worked quickly, treated my belongings with respect, and kept everything organized. The pricing was fair, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family.
This was the worst experience ever my wife and I used this company to move us from GA to TX I’m usually a very understanding person but we were advised that we would be moved on a specific day the movers didn’t show up the day we were told they would be there then once they came they told us it would be delivered by the 2nd which wasn’t what we were promised when we booked but we understood the DOT guidelines so we were ok with them taking two day after day two of waiting and no one showing up my wife called to be told they had up to 10 days to deliver our things and guess what they didn’t show up until day 10 and then the movers had the nerve to force us to tip him saying they still wasn’t going to deliver our things as if he didn’t a favor when we paid for our move our things was damaged and wet broken and missing boxes we were misquoted so the price was way move than what we originally agreed to if you are in need of movers please look elsewhere where this was a horrible experience!
I had higher expectations of this business. We used them for our move and it has been terrible. The lack of customer service and responsibility has been very unfortunate for us. They have now had our stuff for 22 days and still won't provide me a time as to when we will be getting our stuff. On the scheduled date of delivery, I called them and asked when they would be coming. They told me there would be a 2-3 day delay and I would need to wait. That was weeks ago. Their estimates are meaningless and give you false hope. When I first contacted them for the move they assured me they were some of the best movers and had great reviews. I should have just moved our stuff myself for the price we paid. This has been a terrible experience, and I am not looking forward to continue dealing with it. Please consider other moving options.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent move with us. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. Our records indicate that your items were picked up on December 17, 2024, and delivered on January 13, 2025 — which is 15 business days from your First Available Date for Delivery of December 18, 2024. As outlined in our estimated delivery guidelines, the typical delivery window based on the distance from your origin to destination is 3 to 10 business days. However, as you experienced, the holiday season impacted transit and delivery schedules, extending beyond our usual timeframe. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. It’s important to note that household goods shipping is not a standardized shipping process like parcel delivery. Full-service moving requires flexibility due to a variety of factors such as route scheduling, load size, weather conditions, and federal regulations. We strive to communicate this in our paperwork and documentation so customers can make an informed decision when selecting a mover. Regarding pricing, our records confirm that the total cost of your move remained consistent from the time of booking to the time of delivery, except for a small Fee for packing materials the day of the pick up. totaling $150.00. No other chargers were applied adding to any total cost from the original estimate. We value your business and your feedback, and we’ll continue working to improve the customer experience — particularly around setting clearer expectations during peak seasons. If you have any additional questions or would like to discuss this further, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Hercules Moving Solutions (800) 991-0973
