I needed to get my washer and dryer into a tight basement space. The crew measured carefully, angled them perfectly, and didn’t scratch a single wall. I honestly thought it would be impossible, but they did it.

I had an incredible experience with Hercules. From the first call to the final delivery, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The team arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. They wrapped and secured every item carefully, ensuring nothing was damaged during the move. The movers were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed perfectly in my new home. The pricing was fair, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend to anyone needing a smooth, stress-free moving experience!
I had several paintings and framed photos that were special to me. The movers wrapped each one carefully, stacked them in the truck, and everything came out without a single crack or scratch.
if I could leave negative stars I would. We contacted them end of August 2025 and set up a pickup date of sept 10. They delayed the pickup date twice and we were in Florida by the time they arrived sept 15. Our stuff went to Ohio and sat there for a month. The customer service people except one (Anthony)were sarcastic and rude. We reached out to them multiple times and finally got our stuff today October 11. Terrible company to deal with. They also increased our estimate 3 times.
The team was punctual, professional, and extremely careful with all my belongings. They worked quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire moving process stress free. Excellent service from start to finish highly recommend Hercules to everyone!
