When the crew showed up on time, they were ready to get to work. Carefully following the instructions, they unloaded all of the items and sorted them into categories. Their service was top-notch, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers.
They managed to fit an enormous sectional couch through a tiny doorway, all while making it look effortless.
I have a lot of heavy wooden furniture and a piano, so I was worried about scratching my hardwood floors. The specialists from Hercules Moving Solutions brought all sorts of protective gear—mats, blankets, you name it. They made sure to place them in high-traffic areas, and they also used dollies to move the piano. Unloading it at my new place was just as smooth. I didn’t see a single scrape on my floors. They demonstrated an incredible amount of expertise, which made the entire ordeal stress-free. Definitely a five-star service in my book.

The movers were so careful with my elderly mom’s belongings. She has a collection of porcelain figurines, and they packed each one in bubble wrap, labeling the boxes with “Fragile - Handle with Care.” When we unpacked, not a single piece was damaged, and my mom was thrilled.
