Moving company in Gaithersburg, MD
These guys were tough, lifting and dragging my heavy furniture as if it were nothing, packing everything with those bubble wraps, and protecting fragile items from damage. Highly recommended.
English version sorry... Gerson & Carlos were GREAT !! Called ahead, On-Time, Clean, Neat, very Friendly and very Professional... would HIGHLY Recommend ... excellent HELIX Experience!! Thank you to them and to all involved with my move 😊
The team at Helix were amazing!! They took good care of our belongings and my goodness they were quick! Very impressive. Would highly recommend
Had a wonderful experience with Mike and team! Fast efficient and incredibly kind— made a stressful situation much easier. Appreciated them so much!
Michael and his team scheduled my long-distance move very late. His movers carefully packed my electronics and furniture and delivered them 2 days late.
Mike and his team were absolutely fantastic during our cross-country move. None of our stuff was lost or damaged (as far as I can tell) and the crews were quick while still being respectful of the house. I would absolutely use them again.
I recently used Helix Moving And Storage for a long distance move, and I’m really glad I did. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Movers showed up right on time and handled all my stuff with care. They wrapped everything up nicely and made sure nothing got damaged. Moving across states can be stressful, but they made the whole process a lot easier. The communication was great too. Sales rep in the office kept me updated and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or confused at any point. If you’re planning a big move and want a team that’s reliable and professional, I definitely recommend Helix. They took a big weight off my shoulders.
I initially chose Helix Moving Company for our scheduled move on August 31st, between 8-10 AM, and made a deposit in good faith. Unfortunately, just four days before our move (yesterday afternoon), they informed us of a significant scheduling change, pushing our time slot to 2-4 PM due to overbooking. Not only is this inconvenient but highly unprofessional! The explanation given was that our move was "too small" to warrant a dedicated truck, and they needed to accommodate additional jobs en route. Why was this not considered during the time of the service acceptance and deposit made? For those who are reading this review, this is extremly frustrating because we had to book the loading docks in both apartment (one we are moving out of and the one moving into) in advance because we're not the only tenants moving that day. When I reached out to Helix to discuss this issue, their representative, Sean, simply brushed off my concerns. He said that their contract only guarantees the move date, not the specific time, and casually suggested that I should just "work out the timing with our neighbors. Since, Helix failed to stick to out agreed time, we had no choice but to find another moving company that could meet our original schedule without changing the cost. If you're thinking about using Helix Moving Company, be cautious. Their shaky commitment to schedules and booking practices could throw a wrench into your moving day, just when you need things to go smoothly.
Srecko and his team were super helpful and friendly, reduced the stress of moving a lot :) Really good experience!
Daniel and his crew were punctual, fast and careful with all of the packaging and furniture. Highly recommend!
