I have moved four times in six years, and this was the first time I actually sat down and relaxed while it was happening instead of running around trying to make sure nothing went wrong.
Several awkward frames were too big to fit with the standard-size frames and needed special attention, and a few of the frames were built by hand to fit the padding and keep them safe.
They were very careful to lock my cupboards and drawers so they wouldn't open while in transport. Before they left, they double-checked to make sure my furniture and boxes were delivered without any scratches.
