Several awkward frames were too big to fit with the standard-size frames and needed special attention, and a few of the frames were built by hand to fit the padding and keep them safe.
I recently relocated from MN to ID using their services. As a Star Wars enthusiast with 5 boxes of collectibles, I was understandably anxious about their safety during the move. They quickly put my mind at ease. Their team was understanding, resourceful, attentive, and highly proficient, especially when packing my valuable collectibles. Full 5 stars for how they handled our office move from TX to NY. Every person on the crew was polite and handled our equipment well. The team from Golden Glove Movers finished the whole job without a single thing getting damaged.
Their movers double packed my items and delivered them on schedule both times. The final bills were also very fair. I definitely recommend them!
When I unpacked my boxes, I found random items shoved in with my toiletries. There was a dirty rag in the same box as my clean towels. It was totally unsanitary.
I was moved from NY to FL in a professional manner. The movers phoned ahead, determined what needed to be moved, and began immediately. They were neither slow to act nor hasty or reckless.
My relocation coordinator told me he would handle everything because I had two kids to look after. As promised, his team did a great job handling the loading and packing themselves. They even used bubble wrap to protect my breakables. Furthermore, the cribs for my infants were simple for them to disassemble and package into specially designed boxes.
Their estimate was the lowest I received, and not only are they the best movers I could have asked for, but they also treat your belongings with care.
From the moment Truck #201 rolled up to the ramp, to the moment the crew placed the last box in our master bedroom, everything was efficient, no stress and honest.
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend
