We found a roach in our belongings and damaged boxes. Customer service was unresponsive; after weeks of chasing, they offered a measly $5.40 for our troubles. Miscommunications, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct made this a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this company and will continue sharing my experience until they make this right. Everything from the kitchen made it to the new place without a single glass or ceramic plate getting chipped in the process. They took great care in wrapping all our furniture.
