The move happened during a busy week for me, so I couldn't stand around much. They handled things without needing constant direction.
I had some breakable goods that I was worried about and the mirrors, picture frames and glass shelves were the ones that I was most concerned with. Before they began moving, the movers asked me which boxes required special attention. They wrapped the mirrors, made padding for the glass and put fragile objects in a secure area of the truck. I unpacked later and found no cracks or chips.
We had a fantastic time. Jeffrey and his crew were not only courteous, but they also worked promptly and were very careful with our belongings. The total cost was the same as the initial ones.
I was forced to relocate to another state for a new position, and time was not my companion. This company arranged a prompt move, was on time, and looked after me well. They are very fast and efficient; it was a huge relief for me. I highly recommend them to all!
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend
When I unpacked my boxes, I found random items shoved in with my toiletries. There was a dirty rag in the same box as my clean towels. It was totally unsanitary.
Their estimate was the lowest I received, and not only are they the best movers I could have asked for, but they also treat your belongings with care.
After we unpacked, the moving team cleaned up all the packing materials. Our new home was tidy, and it was nice they took care of the cleanup.

They handled everything with professionalism and responded quickly to my inquiries. We had a couple of tiny boxes filled with our belongings. A well-organized crew packed and loaded the furniture and household goods into the container in just half a day. We lived in a large building, and one of the lifts was booked that day, so getting our boxes out on time was tough. Everything ran smoothly and was completed on schedule. Nothing was broken or damaged, and all things were delivered safely. We appreciate your hard work and professionalism throughout the move.
