When I unpacked my boxes, I found random items shoved in with my toiletries. There was a dirty rag in the same box as my clean towels. It was totally unsanitary.
The crew seemed inexperienced and needed constant direction. Simple tasks took longer than expected, and the move felt unorganized. I was disappointed with the service.
