Everything from the kitchen made it to the new place without a single glass or ceramic plate getting chipped in the process. They took great care in wrapping all our furniture.
Wouldn't recommend, they don’t cover what they promise over the phone . Raise your rates at both pick up and drop off. Stolen items . Broken furniture, they broke my tv also .
The crew treated our furniture much more carefully than some of the movers that I have worked with in the past. Handling of larger items was done properly and unloading was also organized.
I watched artists in action as the movers arrived to take my antique furniture away. What they did to every piece of the equipment as they took it apart and put it back together had me in awe. Believe me, they are the best.
We had a good experience. Our job was small, and it was tough to find help, but we're glad we found them. Robert and William showed up on time, even a few minutes early. They handled our stuff with a lot of care. They were so concerned about our furniture that they asked for a blanket to put between pieces of a plastic desk.
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend
We had a fantastic time. Jeffrey and his crew were not only courteous, but they also worked promptly and were very careful with our belongings. The total cost was the same as the initial ones.
