We found a roach in our belongings and damaged boxes. Customer service was unresponsive; after weeks of chasing, they offered a measly $5.40 for our troubles. Miscommunications, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct made this a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this company and will continue sharing my experience until they make this right.
