So unprofessional
Coastal Moving Services provided an utterly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Quoted $2,200 for a move, including extra furniture, we paid a $1,400 deposit. The pickup truck arrived 3.5 hours late, marked “Golden Glove Movers,” and we were shocked with a $3,500 bill despite no significant additional items. Delivery, promised for Saturday, was repeatedly delayed with poor communication, finally arriving Thursday with only one mover, forcing me to help unload. We found a roach in our belongings and damaged boxes. Customer service was unresponsive; after weeks of chasing, they offered a measly $5.40 for our troubles. Miscommunications, broken promises, and unprofessional conduct made this a nightmare. I strongly advise against using this company and will continue sharing my experience until they make this right. Save yourself the stress—choose a reliable mover!

Would definitely use them again.
The guys showed up right on time, which never happens with movers in my experience. They wrapped everything carefully and didn't scratch a single wall. Would definitely use them again.

Wouldn't recommend
Wouldn't recommend, they don’t cover what they promise over the phone . Raise your rates at both pick up and drop off. Stolen items . Broken furniture, they broke my tv also .

They also handled my heavy refrigerator with ease. I am happy that nothing broke during the trip.
I had a lot of fragile kitchen items and a large mirror to move. I packed the boxes myself, but I wanted professionals to carry them. The movers were very gentle with the boxes marked fragile. They stacked them on top so they would not get crushed. They also handled my heavy refrigerator with ease. I am happy that nothing broke during the trip.

Professional moving company
I want to thank them profusely for making my cross-country relocation so simple. Right on time, their team showed up and started planning how to put my peculiarly shaped sofa into the truck effectively. They moved the furniture using their furniture sliders, leaving my hardwood floors unharmed.

Their estimate was the lowest I received, and not only are they the best movers I could have asked for, but they also treat your belongings with care.

I am so grateful to find such a great moving company
The move involved two different pickup locations before heading to the final house. The team stopped at my warehouse first to grab the extra furniture and then came to my apartment. They kept the inventory separate, so I knew exactly where each thing was. The sofas were wrapped in plastic to keep the dust off during the trip. They finished the whole job by mid-afternoon.

Would definitely recommend and use them again.
The people who loaded and emptied the car did a great job. Because The Golden Glove Movers moved our furniture and other things without breaking, we have no problem telling anyone who needs a reliable, quick, and friendly moving service about them.

They are really very detail oriented.
We had many breakable things – mirrors, decorations, etc. in our kitchen. All items were properly wrapped, packed and delivered undamaged. They are really very detail oriented.

Would not Recommend
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend
