This task was done by moving three flights of stairs; it did not involve an elevator. The guys kept a steady speed throughout and were not dropping or bumping any boxes.
I recently relocated from MN to ID using their services. As a Star Wars enthusiast with 5 boxes of collectibles, I was understandably anxious about their safety during the move. They quickly put my mind at ease. Their team was understanding, resourceful, attentive, and highly proficient, especially when packing my valuable collectibles. When I unpacked my boxes, I found random items shoved in with my toiletries. There was a dirty rag in the same box as my clean towels. It was totally unsanitary.
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend

Moving day was stressful to begin with as there was a lot to be done, but the professional movers did most of the work. In the end, most of the work was finished in a much shorter time than we had anticipated.
Working with Golden Glove Movers was a great experience for me. The genuine firm, indeed! All my precious belongings were boxed up with extreme care. I was relieved that not a single item had been broken in transit.
They made the entire move feel easier than expected. There was no damage and nothing misplaced, which gave me peace of mind. I would definitely use Golden Glove Movers again if needed.
