We did have a washing machine and a couple of other big items that we were not able to pick up. The crew was familiar with the heavier items and transported all the items to the new house safely. They took care to not scratch the floors.
This task was done by moving three flights of stairs; it did not involve an elevator. The guys kept a steady speed throughout and were not dropping or bumping any boxes.
If you decide to use this company, I highly recommend you ask for a walk through quote and not one over the phone based on the items you go over/describe to Mike. Otherwise, you will most likely receive an updated quote at a higher rate the day of pick up. The company is not really attentive once the deposit is made and any missed/damage items will be a challenge getting replaced. My experience with this company was absolutely awful, and I would not recommend
I was impressed by how gently they handled our plants. They made sure they wouldn't get damaged during the move, and our plants are thriving!
When I unpacked my boxes, I found random items shoved in with my toiletries. There was a dirty rag in the same box as my clean towels. It was totally unsanitary.

The movers were very helpful in sorting and labeling everything clearly, and they also handed me the storage boxes first. Even provided me with some ideas for making the best use of space at the new location. I really enjoyed their patience and practical approach!
The movers' extreme caution with our walls and door frames was something I truly appreciated. They were shielded by thick blankets, and not a scratch was visible. It is obvious that they take pleasure in their job and regard their clients.

The entire experience was handled with care and efficiency. The team worked hard, stayed organized, and made the process much easier than I expected. Highly recommended.
